Upgrade your '79-'93 Mustang or Capri from an AOD to a much more fun manual transmission. Everything but the trans comes from a '90 5.0LX convertible with 90k on the clock that I parted out earlier this year. Here is what is included:

Transmission - A good shifting T5 that came out of an '83 GT. The trans tag is not readable, and I'm not positive it was the original transmission to the car, but I'm fairly certain it's not a WC. The synchros in 1st gear are a little tired, and from a stop I had to do the 2-1 shift to get it into 1st. Otherwise, it shifted fine with no grinding or popping out of any gears. It held up fine with my mildly modified 5.0 for the past two years.

Pressure plate
Throwout bearing
Flywheel
Clutch fork
Clutch cable/fork cover
Crossmember exhaust hangar
Blocking plate (goes between engine and trans)
Transmission mount
Speeedometer cable

Shifter
Console plate
Wiring harnesses
Nuts, bolts and fasteners for all of the above (Should be everything, but not guaranteed)

$600 cash takes it all. I've got a son with a truck, so he can deliver locally for a reasonable charge.
